Exercise Class Schedule

Classes for the Fennimore Suppz Gym location:

  • On the Ball – Mondays at 5:30pm
  • Yoga* – Tuesdays at 5:30pm
  • Pilates* – Wednesdays at 5:30pm
  • HIIT – Friday at 5:15am

Note: A small fee is charged for the Yoga and Pilates classes.

Cardio

The Suppz Gym – Fennimore fitness center has the cardio equipment for your cardio workout exercise program. Consult our trainers to determine a workout regimen and fitness plan that is right for you. 608-822-4066

  • 6 Treadmills (4 Precor & 2 Lifefitness)
  • 5 Ellipticals (1 Precor with adjustable Ramp)

  • 3 Flat-Screen TVs

Weight Training

The weight room at Suppz Gym – Fennimore includes a complete line of weight machines and weight lifting equipment. Our fitness trainers will work with you to create a weight training program that is right for you. Increase your strength while losing weight and improving your endurance. Call our gym at 608-822-4066 to meet with a trainer.

Fennimore TreadmillsOur Weight Room includes:

  • 2 Bench Press
  • 1 Squat Rack
  • 1 Hip Sled / Leg Press
  • 2 Cable Cross-Over Machines
  • 1 Seated Calf Machine
  • 1 Smith Machine (Self Spotter)
  • 1 Preacher Curl
  • 1 T-Bar Row
  • Dumbbells 5-140lb with 4 dumbell benches
  • Many bars and attachments

Suppz Gym – Fennimore has 3 tanning beds. They are 15-minute Ergoline Sundash Superbeds that feature 40 170-watt bulbs for a much quicker and hotter tan. Please call 608-822-4066 to schedule a time to use the tanning bed and for more information about our tanning services.
