All group exercise classes are FREE for members! You don’t need to sign up for classes, but you may want to arrive early since space is limited. We will adjust offerings based on popularity. Non-members can purchase a day pass for $7 to participate in the day’s classes and enjoy all-day access to the facility.

Exercise Mats

Class Descriptions:

  • Cycling15 Minutes Abs: (15 min.) If you are short on time but still need a great abdominal routine, 15 minute abs is for you. This fast paced class is designed to engage all major muscles of your core. All moves are fully modifiable to meet anyone’s skill level.
  • Body Sculpting: (60 min.) This class is designed to touch all major muscle groups top to bottom using different moves and different pieces of equipment such as the weights, fitballs, medicine balls, bands, tubing, body bars etc…. and can be geared for beginners to advanced.
  • Cardio Mix: (60 min.) To make this Saturday morning class your own, we offer a fun way to get moving with the use of exercise equipment (step, free weights, medicine balls, etc.) while listening to heart-pounding music!
  • F.I.T: (60 min.) This class is one to two minute intervals of cardio and body toning. I set up about 14 different stations alternating between cardio and toning. After the amount of time required, each participant moves to the next station and so on. We end with abs and a cool down.
  • HIIT: (60 min.) HIIT is a low impact, high intensity interval training. Easy on the joints but effective for the core. It’s a total body workout using free weights.
  • Maximum Internal Training: Class combing high-intensity exercises using one’s own body weight, nontraditional weights, and free weights. It focuses on quick bursts of high intense cardiovascular exercises with short recovery periods. This class is for all levels of fitness.
  • On the Ball: (Intermediate / 50 Minutes) – On the Ball utilizes a stability ball, Bosu ball, and medicine balls in a series of exercises. Cardio bursts are added to this class to burn extra calories.
  • Pilates: (60 min) Pilates is a body conditioning routine that may help build flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing, and developing a strong core or center, and improving coordination and balance.
  • PiYo™ (60 min) A unique class designed to build strength & gain flexibility. The moves fit perfectly together to form a class filled with intense choreography that’s fun, challenging and will make you sweat. It’s about energy, power, and rhythm. Think sculpted abdominals, increased overall core strength, and greater stability.
  • POUND: (60 min.) Bring out your inner rockstar or just pound away your stress with this workout that uses lightly weighted drumsticks called Ripsticks. Low impact cardio and strength based class for all fitness levels.
  • Step / Sculpt: (60 min.) Combination of cardio and toning. The class consists of approximately six different combination moves of cardio, which last about five minutes and then we come down off the step for one minute of toning. We end with abs and a cool down.
  • S.W.A.T. (Strength – Weight loss – Agility – Toning): (60 min.) This fast-paced tabata style boot camp will keep you moving! It incorporates quick bursts of cardio along with strength training and toning.
  • TurboKick: (60 min.)TurboKick is a combination of aerobic kickboxing and choreographed dancing. A high impact class designed to push your body to its limits. TurboKick is a great interactive group class that you are sure to love.
  • Yoga: (60 min) A beginners class that focuses on teaching basic yoga postures, healthy alignment of the spine, as well as strengthening the musculature that supports the body. Take time to relax and care for your body.
