An event every 2 weeks that begins at 8:00 am on Saturday, repeating indefinitely
Instructor: Teresa Jaynes
Step / Sculpt: (60 min.) Combination of cardio and toning. The class consists of approximately six different combination moves of cardio, which last about five minutes and then we come down off the step for one minute of toning. We end with abs and a cool down.
